Our R&D team meticulously reviews customer design concepts, offering professional advice on modifications, molding options, and costs. Following customer discussions, we provide a 3D drawing for final approval on size, capacity, surface treatment, and lid type, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final product.

Custom Shape Water Bottle Tumbler Mold Tooling Processes

Step 1: Sign NDA

NDA is the abbreviation of Non-DisclosureAgreement. Before you disclose any confidentialinformation (such as drawing or design concepts)about your custom water bottle project, we sign NDA with you.

Step 3: Quotation & Payment

After having all your requirement, we quote forboth tooling cost and product pricing. Paymentterm for tooling is that, 50% deposit and 50% aftersample approved by you. Payment term for massproduction is normally 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.

Step 5: Mass Production

After T2 tooling sample is approved and depositpayment received, we then start mass production.The lead time of mass production is 45 days. lt’llbe even longer for custom design smart water bottle projects.

Step 2: Complete Design Drawing

Base your drawing, our engineering team will release DFM (Design For Manufacturing) reportand help revise the drawing. lf you only have adesign concept without drawings, our R&D teamoffers design support to complete the drawing

Step 4: Tooling Fabrication & Sample Approval

Lead time of tooling fabrication is 5 weeks. Youwill get a 3D printed prototype sample to finalizethe design, and T1, T2 samples for final approvalon your custom mold design bottle tumblers

Step 6: Final Payment & Shipping

After receiving final payment, we will work withyour forwarder to arrange the shipment. lf youhave no experience in importing from China, wecan handle the whole logistics and arrangeglobally door-to-door shipping.
